After finishing her York College
Internship, Kelly Leahy has joined the EYARC team. We are thrilled to have
her will us! Kelly will be working in the morning at our SACC program at
Kreutz Creek Elementary School and Assisting with programs and special
events. Welcome aboard Kelly!
Program Discount Day
EYARC will be holding a special day where
you can register for programs and receive $1.00 off each program!
Stop by the Lower Windsor Township Building on Monday, September 8,
between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to receive this discount. You may also
pick up extra registration forms at this time.
Cash and checks are accepted on this day, or you may pay over the phone with
a Visa or Master Card (call us at 246-8155).

Program Cancellation
Policy
EYARC reserves the right to cancel programs. Every attempt will be made to
contact registrants to inform them of the cancellation. EYARC follows
Eastern School District cancellation schedule. If school is cancelled or
released early due to weather, EYARC programs will be canceled. If weather
is questionable, please feel free to call the EYARC at (717) 246-8155 to see
if programs are being held.

Yorkana: Basket Bingo P.I.N.K., which benefits
Breast Cancer Research, will be held at the Yorkana Fire Hall on September
14th. Doors will open at 12:30 p.m., bingo will start at 2 p.m. Tickets are

East Prospect: The community Pride Committee is
sponsoring a Halloween decorating contest. There will be lots of “fun”
categories. Be sure to come and visit. There will also be a Halloween party
at Canadochly Valley Ambulance Club on October 25. For more information,
