CONFIRMATIONS: EYARC does not call to confirm registrations. You are accepted in the program unless otherwise
notified. Once you sign up, it is your responsibility to attend the activity.

 WHICH FEE DO I PAY?
The Discounted Fees listed on this website are for residents of Lower Windsor Township, Yorkana Borough, and
East Prospect Borough. The fees are a result with which these municipalities contribute to the commission. Those
participants living outside of these municipalities pay the Regular Fee.

ALL PROGRAMS REQUIRE PRE-REGISTRATION UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED

WHAT IS EYARC’S REFUND/CREDIT POLICY?
Requests for refunds will be given in the following cases:
     • If a program is cancelled by EYARC, a full refund or credit is issued. Refunds take 2-4 weeks to be processed
     • If notice is given a week prior to the program starting, a $5 administration fee will be charged. The rest will be refunded or credited.
     • Due to injury/illness after the start of a program, a pro-rated refund or credit will be granted. No other pro-rated refunds will be granted.
     • If you cancel a bus trip registration, a 14 day notification prior to the trip date is required to receive a refund or credit, less the $5
       administration fee. After that, a refund or credit will only be issued if a replacement is found.

CHECK RETURNS:
If a check is returned to EYARC due to insufficient funds, EYARC will assess an additional $25 fee.

WHAT IF I REGISTER AFTER THE PROGRAM HAS ALREADY STARTED?
If you register for a program that has already started, we will not pro-rate the amount. The full amount of the program will still be owed.

WHAT IF THE PROGRAM IS ALREADY FULL?
In the event that a program has reached its maximum registration, we will start a waiting list incase a spot becomes available.
